Modern Retro
This USAA client experienced a water damage claim. The room was completely gutted during remediation and suddenly came to a stop. A friend referred them to Greenlight and we started to lay out the vision together, suddenly in about 2 weeks that vision became realty and ready to enjoy.
Modern French Colonial
The previous shower was leaking behind the walls causing unseen damage and mildew sickness. Greenlight was called at the start. We replaced all the damaged wood, reframed the subfloor, replaced drains, sheetrock, added a chandelier, ambient lighting, floating seat, and one of those nice electric medicine cabinets as well as new countertops and fresh paint.
The Teacher's Choice
A retired teacher in Forney Trusted Greenlight to update her primary bathroom. We replaced her garden tub with a wide walk-in shower and replaced her stand up shower with a custom made vanity area. complete with new flooring, lighting and paint.
Historic Remodel
A powder bathroom that was one of the updates and restorations we made to this Historic home in the shadow of Pike's Peak. It was originally built in 1893, renovated some time in the mid 19th century. Our time stamp was added in 2018 with 2 new bathrooms, decorative ceilings, kitchen back splash, and countertops
